Ava's African Hair Braiding provides prompt and wonderful service, making customers feel at home. The braids are neat and professional, with fast service and no extra charge for late arrivals. Ava accepts last-minute appointments and offers great value, including hair, with knotless braids being a specialty. Customers love their hair and always return for more.
The lady who did my hair was sweet and polite. She did a great job however. Some of the other Africans were rude. One was did a young girl hair and it look horribly. Poor baby was holding her nose the whole time. 2 customers who came in after me completely walked out because of Ava and the others attitude. Depending on who actually braid you hair, it’s ok. I suggest telling them to stop to look at your hair before they go all the way.
Very neat and professional job. Only thing is I told her I had an appointment at 11 and I did not leave until 11:30 because I was not started on immediately even though I was the first customer. The prices are a little steep but oh so worth it. I will definitely try her again. I love my hair and the compliments I am getting.
After having my appointment canceled minutes before I was set to get my hair braided this morning, I contacted Ava asked about availability and she simply said come now. Prompt and wonderful service provided. I love my hair and I will be back soon. Thanks again Ava!!!!
