I had my inspection of my termite stations done on 7/3/24. The Technician Justin contacted me prior to him coming to my home, at my request. Once he arrived he greeted me with a smile, provided me his name again and informed me of what he was going to do. Justin was very professional, took his time and did the job right. I really appreciated the great customer service and would like for Justin to come out every time if possible. Thanks Justin!!!!

My first time using an exterminator in Albany, Ga. He was very informative & friendly. Took his time with the whole process. Afterwards he told me he wasn’t going to be my regular guy….(sad face)

My service technician was Greg and he was very polite courteous I appreciate that very much. He was informative. He did the termite inspection stated that somebody else will come out and check the bait stations and other than that I’m pleased.
