In my experience, Shriver delivers top-level service including technical competence, trustworthiness, and even cleanliness, and politeness. I have 2 AC units that have been serviced and replaced by Schriver since 2005. Pricing is fair- not the highest or the lowest, but best overall value in the long run in my experience. I have tried others and always come back to Shriver. This past Christmas, my main unit died. Schriver overcame supply chain and scheduling issues as well as technical email glitches to get me back up and running better than I was before. I wish more businesses operated the way these guys do. My top recommendation.

Shriver Mechanical has amazing customer service from the receptionist, to the financing manager Kathy, my service representative Micah Bell, and to Brandon and his crew who installed both of my furnaces and air conditioning units. Very knowledgeable, trustworthy, servicemen and they work promptly! My 4 units were ordered and installed within a week! The crew on site were polite, professional, and cleaned up absolutely everything! They answered every question I had and are always available if I have questions or need assistance post-installation. I am a customer for life and would recommend this company to everyone!
