Dan was very responsive and communicative from the initial request for service through completion of work. The digital experience of quoting, text/email messaging and invoicing was excellent.
First time using Rainman for service. Corey was great, pleasant - fixed a broken sprinkler head , capped off another one that was just watering pinestraw, adjusted a couple that were watering the road..lol .... Had these guys (Dan was my contact) rehab an irrigation system in the front yard and install a new irrigation system in our backyard and install in-ground spigots and a combined control system. Highly recommend, Dan was awesome, great work, responsive, reasonable and great customer service. Best contractor experience in a long time.
