Absolutely love this place. I have been seeing a chiropractor for a few years but never got real relief. Finally found a place that has given me the pain relief I've needed. Fantastic staff and a great atmosphere. I highly recommend.

Awesome doesn’t describe them!!! My husband has been in pain lately, I saw an instagram post and decided to give them a try. I’m glad I did. They are fast, professional, friendly, and personable. The atmosphere in the office is wonderful. We went in for a consultation and I expected to have to return another day for treatment-not so. They provided treatment same day!!! I’m not easily or often impressed by much but they have done just that. I’m glad to have found them.

Founded by Dr. Erin Arnold and Dr. Amy Valente, North Cobb Spine and Nerve Institute is an integrated medical practice, located in the heart of Acworth, Georgia. We offer several therapies such as: Spinal Decompression therapy, Cold laser therapy, treatment for Peripheral Neuropathy, Medical and Chiropractic care. We also incorporate Exercises & Rehabilitation in the healing process. Our experienced physicians will design a specific treatment program based on the patients problem, diagnosis and symptoms. We make it a priority to find the cause of the problem and not just treat the symptoms. North Cobb Spine & Nerve Institute works with all major insurance carries and accept other methods of payment for services.
