The lady on the phone proceeded to say it is not possible and hung up on me before I could even finish my sentence. Terrible customer service and I would not recommend this company to anyone regardless of what you need.EDIT: I called back to try and convey my point, the customer service rep (Megan) took my number and actually followed up on my inquiry, after she called back she confirmed they would not be able to do it but also said it was possible. She was very nice and overall it was a good experience. Knocking one star off still because my original call was terrible and I should not have had to call twice to get an answer.“
