“Note: this review is specifically about their agent, Mr. Hicks Malonson, though I would recommend their entire team, especially Mr. Rich Hayes, whom I also mention in the review. Mr. Malonson is one of those rare men who combines a compassionate heart and a shrewd mind. He cares for his clients and uses his experience and acumen to get what his best for them. When he was our agent, there were a few homes I found attractive, but Mr. Malonson pointed out they would not be good for us long-term. He cares more for his clients' happiness than he does for turning a buck. He knows the business in and out; he knows about available breaks, about what to look for in a home and in a contract, about how to best utilize the circumstances, location, time, and environment to serve his clients. He is readily available and responsive. He's also maintained a very positive and engaged relationship with us years after we purchased our home. We'd go back to him without a second thought and would recommend him unreservedly. “My husband and I have been makirng financial loans with people's financial for many, many things. When we were younger when we needed help they were always there and kind to us. You do have to pay Peoples back the money is not free.You have to let everything go and pay bills when you borrow money to get you out of a jams. Thankfully we've gotten older and don't have to borrow any money, but they're there when you need them. If you have half decent credit or you pay your other credit people back, you come to them because you can't get a bank loan and you're suffering and then you get upset when you have to lose your car or have to pay the money back and the signs are all over the parking lot. It is a very small building. Yes they keep their overhead low so it makes up for all the customers that do not ever come back and pay their bills. The laws are there. You have to respect them like the rest of us. Money is not free and there's very small parking places. Read the signs. And the managers don't own the company and you can only imagine what they have to deal with every day. So give them a little respect. Thank you peoples for being there when you were needed.“
