“Thank you to Courtney W. Master Hairstylist; she did an amazing job on my hair. A full 13x4 Kinky Straight lace frontal with two bundles of 18-inch extensions was installed. I arranged with another local salon, but the person who answered was unprofessional and distracted. After calling Sila's Salon & Bundle Boutique, the person who answered made me feel heard and was very professional. He scheduled the same-day service.

The salon was bright and tidy when I arrived. I arrived early for my appointment and watched the other stylists and Barbara's work with clients. Before starting work, they consulted with each client and were quite professional.

The whole experience was peaceful and boosted my confidence that I had selected the proper place for my service.

Courtney unbraided my hair. I told her to totally untangle my hair. Before wetting my hair, she needed to use a small toothcomb to comb it from root to end to avoid matting. I have had multiple awful experiences with stylists not detangling my hair before washing, which has caused considerable damage and hair loss, not to mention the extra time and difficulty detangling matted hair, which they then wanted to charge me for.

The installation of the 13x4 lace frontal was excellent. She slowly lifted the knots and prepared the frontal. She sewed the extensions well too. She gave me a terrific silk press, leaving my hair healthy, shining, and professionally styled.

Courtney installs 13x4 lace frontals flawlessly, so I definitely recommend her. I also recommend this salon's stylists. It was a terrific experience overall. I was extremely pleased with the service I received at the salon. Courtney not only did an amazing job with my hair, but she also went above and beyond by detangling it and avoiding any matting. The end result was fantastic, with my hair looking healthy, shiny, and perfectly styled. I will definitely be returning to Courtney and this salon for all my hair needs in the future.
