Short version, I recommend this chiropractic team to anyone who is looking for chiropractic treatment. Long version : The staff here is amazing. The front desk communicates with me very often and clearly of what to expect when it comes to scheduling, payments, financial plans, office closures, etc. Greg, Drew and Rachel are friendly, always greet patients and communicate often. I had a thorough consultation exam with Karen Ferguson- who explained what seemed to be the issues with my back and neck, how long it would take to see results. She took time to sit with me and analyze each x-ray and image, ask me questions about my daily life, and discuss next steps. The office found a perfect payment plan for me- and explained it thoroughly. I initially went with complaints of headaches almost daily, having no idea this could be related to my back, and after 3 months, I have only had 2 headaches since starting seeing Ferguson. Morgan has helped me a lot, she is friendly, and meets me where I am comfortable. Always making sure I am improving and feeling great. Zara is equally as friendly, and also makes sure I am taking care of myself when I am out of the offices. Both have suggested at home stretches and exercises, and focus on problem areas when I am seen. I can not recommend enough! The physical office is in a great location in downtown Acworth, very clean and welcoming.
At 75 years old I had been having some issues with Tinnitus. I tried OTC supplements and some specialty tinctures from my Naturopath. Nothing worked until Karen Ferguson told me she could help with some Cranial Sacral work. My Tinnitus has been reduced by 90%. What a blessing.
