We were due for a new water heater and also needed a new pressure regulator valve. When I had the previous water heater replaced 11 years ago, it was quite a bit less expensive and I wasn't prepared for what people were quoting nowadays to have it replaced. I made some initial calls and then came hours of web research and reading reviews (the big companies charge a lot in general, many reviews talked about the gamble of getting techs with skillsets all over the place with some being more of salespeople rather than technicians, the outfits that the big box stores use seem very sketchy and seemed to end up charging as much or more than going directly with a plumber). My wonderful experience started with a phone call with Beverly who manages the office. She was knowledgeable and helpful and gave me confidence I was hiring the right people for the job. Johnny came out within 2 days and installed a hot water heater, a toilet, a touchless faucet, replaced two pipes, installed a new pressure valve and many other odd plumbing jobs around the house, all WAY under what I expected to pay. He went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Would absolutely recommend him and plan to use him again for any other plumbing needs. Thanks so much Johnny and Beverly!
