Mr. Jones set his arrival at my home at 10:am and he arrived on the money. He was strictly all business and explained exactly what he was going to do to solve my lock problems. He rekeyed my whole house and he and I went to every door and checked the keys. Mr. Jones was very business like and seemed to me a very likeable person he also installed a combination lock on one of my basement doors which was done almost flawless in my opinion. Mr. Jones then gave me my invoice and it added up to exactly what he quoted me over the phone before he came out to my house.
