Wonderful bedside manner. Dr.West treats our babies as if they are part of his family. He takes time to discuss any health issue and answer any questions. We do not feel rushed. And our babies 💜 the staff. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting the best for their fur babies.

Even though we moved to a new neighborhood that’s not close, we continue to drive our pets here. We couldn’t have chosen a more compassionate staff to care for our family members. We lost two senior cats to old age in the past year, and everyone was so kind and understanding. We can’t thank them enough for guiding us through the sad process of sending Janet and Judy to kitty Heaven. We miss them very much, and saying goodbye was tough, but the staff here were very comforting and that means so much to us.

Brookstone Animal Hospital is truly outstanding. Every single visit, they take the time to answer all of my questions, and they do so with so much knowledge, kindness, and compassion. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and—most importantly—comforting.
