I do not understand these negative reviews as, Tim and Lisa Donovan called me back and responded quickly to fix my rooftop condo A/C. They replaced the leaking coil, condenser, and freon. Other companies wanted me to buy a new unit for $8,000!! They responded immediately to my texts, got the parts, had unit up and working in no time. Lisa was good with spot on appointments and billing. Very professional and awesome service at a great price!
