Called after Stepps towing cancelled call without telling us after we waited 45 minutes. Said next driver would be 2 hrs. Johnny driver came in less than 30 minutes, actually tried to repair and towed for less than stepps charged. No charge for repair attempt. Great service.
OMG, Norman with Johnny on the Spot Towing came out to help us start our Dodge truck that almost never gives us any problems.He was so wonderful and braved an unusually cold windy day. He got us going and we were off to buy two new batteries!I would recommend Johnny on the Spot Towing to anyone. Norman was obviously happy with his job and even said nice things about his boss.
