Great customer service and my carpet looks and smells wonderful. I had 4 rooms cleaned/refreshed and the process took less than an hour. Ty took care of a few light stains that were in my carpet and provided me with instructions on drying time. We walked through each room to ensure that I was happy with the cleaning. I would use this service again.

From my first phone call with Donna, she was extremely kind, professional, positive, and a bright ray of sunshine! She explained clearly how pricing works, did not try to sell me anything I did not ask for, and explained the entire process of what the day of the cleaning would look like. We used Hydra Maxx for a move-out carpet cleaning and since we had left the residence prior to the cleaning, Donna texted me about 30 minutes before the cleaners would arrive so my boyfriend or I could go over and meet them there.
