DO NOT USE! We had services for my father last week. Ordered a "US Navy" casket on 1/10/24 and his services weren't until 1/18/24. It was the WRONG CASKET! Why weren't we notified prior to his visitation? As soon as they rolled him into the church my mother said "That is the wrong casket. It is supposed to be the US Navy casket." Instead of a distinguised US Navy casket paying great honor to my father, we received a light blue casket. Cory-the funeral director then had to run back to the funeral home to get a US Navy emblem which was a quarter of the size of the one that was supposed to be there. Today we had my sister’s funeral in Zephyrhills’ Oakside Cemetery. It was put on by Hodges funeral home supposedly. The two woman from the funeral home just stood by the wayside and did nothing with the funeral itself. Did not welcome everyone or help with parking. Then they were in a hurry for our family to finish the ceremony and lowered the casket into the grave before everyone had left. The website says they treat all their clients like family. Well let me tell you I would not want to be part of their family. I was very disappointed.

Just had my sister in law’s funeral today. Hodges Funeral Home was in Charge of it. They have not been helpful as she was not embalmed, made us wait 2 weeks after she passed away to have the funeral saying it was the only time available. While we only had a Graveside service they just stood there not helping anyone park and didn’t welcome anyone to the service at the beginning of the service, at the end of the service, they were in a hurry to get out of there that they put the casket in the ground while we were standing there and then had the guys from the cemetery drive there trucks up and start taking everything down.
