I was not informed about the shortage of the tiles and had to wait an extra month for the job to be completed. Also have not received the final paperwork and now it’s over a year since I signed the contract. I have contacted Philip and he said he would look into it however, I have not heard anything. I am very disappointed with the communication. Thank you.

I couldn’t be happier and my neighbors have taken notice. They too have decided to choose Chase and told me, they didn’t need to be sold on the work; they’d seen my roof being replaced. Asked if I’d choose Chase again - ABSOLUTELY! John Guglielmi came in with the kindness you just don’t see today. The entire Chase team provided communications you just don’t see today. The quality of workmanship was something you just don’t see today. Yes, Chase is a company you just don’t see much of today and I’m thrilled to have found them. I’m so glad I chose Chase Roofing over other local competitors! Dylan and Trent explained in detail the extent of water damage on our roof and what was required to repair the leak, including the materials that would be used. They left here pretty confident in the work they performed and assured me that the area was thoroughly repaired. I’m looking forward to rain in the forecast to test the quality of their work, although I already feel at ease that no rain water will leak into garage! Thank you Chase Roofing! I’ll be in touch after it rains to give you an update!
