Avoid this place and seek real medical professionals. Your suffering will be self inflicted by using any business in this building. They truly are a medical center that is run strictly as a business. They have no sympathy and get in no hurry to fix their mistakes. But they are quick to tell you to use there emergency room to get an emergency prescription they were supposed to have filled 3 weeks ago but now their afterhours number goes to some Pediatric office so you are required to spend more money for an ER visit which seems like to me they intentionally do these type of things to drive up profits by forcing you into the ER for something they neglected. The place looked clean. We didn't have much of a wait. They seemed to care and were attentive. They had a treasure box for kids. Hours weren't great. They closed st 4pm, which I thought was a bit early for an urgent care. I'm not sure how prices compare but there's a photo posted that shows the 3 levels of pricing. My guess is for non urgent lvl 1 matters there may be a better option via telehealth or minute clinic.

They'll bill your insurance incorrectly and NEVER return your call. Asked for a supervisor multiple times. I was charged over $1000 for a pcp visit and labs that should have all been covered by my insurance. They billed everything under the incorrect location and expect me to foot the bill. It's been a nightmare. Stay away from this place.
