I have been to many of the various Urgent Care facilities in the Jacksonville area and this one is by far the best! I have even driven out of the way to come to this urgent care specifically. The facilities are amazing, the staff is knowledgable and kind, and the wait times are relatively quick. I have been in and out within about an hour and a half on average - which is pretty swift compared to the 2.5+ hours I've waited at other locations.The have an X-Ray machine at this location as well.
I fell while in Florida and went to this facility to have my wrist checked out. As it turned out it was fractured. I was very surprised at how quickly I was checked in and x-rayed. They put my arm in a splint until I could get back home to see my Orthopedic surgeon, a week away. I was very impressed with the care and speed of service. Great facility.
My kiddo became really sick overnight, made a visit to wildlight urgent care ,checked in at 10am out by 1040am. Amaya the NP was fantastic as well as Sydney. Got my baby seen, tested and medicated so fast.
