Ever since they were taken over by the bigger company my experience has gone down hill. -Yard looks terrible. Tech just shrugs his shoulders when I show him problems in the lawn. -They don't show up for scheduled service appointments -They raised my monthly fee and never bothered to notify me. Looking for a new company.

I have been with bug out for almost 2 years. This branch is a joke. Including the branch manager Matt. they never took care of my pest problems at my home. Then he refused to cancel my policy until I left him a message about call my bank to put it as fraudulent. & when talking with Matt he said if I stayed with bug out that he would fix my pest problem. After 2 years of payments now they want to help me out. they charged me every month but only came out every 3 months. & they only sprayed in my house 1 time The whole time I've been with bug out. look elsewhere. they are in business to do pest control & they charge for a service that they don't provide.

We had bug out come out 8/18 specifically for ants in our YARD that bite. My husband said that over the phone when we hired them and I said that to man who did the service. Within 2 days I had already noticed a new ant mount in the yard but I thought it took awhile for whatever they did to work. Nope. Bugs have been worse in the yard since the treatment. We paid almost $90 for what?? I really don't know. It did nothing for our pest issues in our yard. In fact I've noticed more bugs of all kinds since the service. The serviceman was done in less than 30 minutes and I know he missed the front garden where I told him the ants were very bad and kept asking if we needed the inside done as well even though we had both stated we needed the ants in the YARD taken care of. Honestly I was more effective when I used the sprayer my husband got at the hardware store. Won't use this service again and I sincerely recommend anyone not waste their money.
