Brooks Rehabilitation Outpatient Clinic - Yulee

I received physical therapy at this location for 24 weeks for neck, back and shoulder issues. Minhanh and Amy were exceptional at working with me to recover full function and range of motions. I highly recommend this facility.

absolutley thrilled with these therapists.. i didn't know what to expect, actually , from stories i have heard, of p/t in general, i was in tears before i came.. i had knee replacement surgery, and was in of course, pain. the group here were so gentle, and kind and they knew.. as the weeks went on i got better, and when i was nervous about still having pain, they were so knowledgeable and explained that the pain is normal.. they were all so great, i am having the other knee down next year and i can't wait to go back.. carol at the front desk was so friendly and cheerful. everyone was just so dang helpful, and cheerful and pleasant.. I spent a about six months in rehab at Brooks Yulee working with Ryan. I had excruciating lower back pain and nerve damage affecting the left leg. Ryan and the group were patient, instructive, and extremely knowledgeable in their care of me. Over the course of that time, I regained most use of the leg and minimized the pain in my lower back. I can’t speak highly enough of the crew in Yulee- they gave me my way of life back!
