Like most, Romeo was a member of my family. It’s a very challenging and emotional moment to go through. Because of their compassion and kindness during a very vulnerable time, I have brought my current dog Bruce to their office all these years later. I’m sure there have been changes to staff and etc. but the same courtesy and compassion is conveyed to this day. The staff is incredibly kind, quick to help and solve the problems.
