Where do I start. Scott Garrison of RE/MAX Town & Country Realty in Winter Springs Florida is fantastic. I could not have sold my rental property so fast without his expert guidance and assistance. He is an expert at his craft.By fast I am talking sixteen showings in 9 days, multiple offers at full price. Yes, once the property was put on the market, in less than two weeks it was done. I just sold my home in Deltona with the help of Scott Garrison. I was referred to Scott thru an online service that sends you the Realtors with the Best Sales Records in the area. I was certain that getting our house sold in December was going to be a challenge, but we got an offer right away. I believe that is because Scott's marketing is fantastic. He does the leg work necessary to get your home sold. He is hard-working and enthusiastic.
