Freddie did an excellent job! Very thorough! I needed this inspection to allow me to get a new Home Insurance Policy. He came promtly and spent several hours. I now have my new policy. Saved me a good amountof money.
I am adjusting my review. Had an issue where I had not gotten my report after about a month. I was able to speak with the inspector today and was an issue with his system. He is working to rectify the situation. Things happen. I appreciate that he is honest and working to fix it.
Mr Cortes was very professional and excellent at what he does. I needed some documents to present to my home insurance company and he went all out beyond the call of duty to help me achieve and obtain the requested paperwork necessary to present to my Insurance company and it helped me save a lot of money towards my annual payment.
