“Dr. Margadant and Trixie, along with the front office ladies made our morning. We rescued a 4 1/2 year-old German Shepherd 6 weeks ago and brought him in today for his first visit with her team. This was his second experience in a vets office and it was the best he’s had. He will only see Dr. M and her team from now on. Given his lack of history, I previously went with a different veterinarian practice model, thinking it would be better for him. Boy was I wrong. The other place, the vet would not see him without a muzzle that I had to place on him. He left completely stressed. I paid more an “exam” than I did for the complete exam (including ears), heart worm test, rabies vaccine and bloodwork. I won’t name the other vet because everyone has different needs, but for me I will trust my babies care to Dr. Margadant.
