I was incredibly impressed working with Zach and the whole team at Impact Electric. They were very responsive and took me through a very overwhelming process with lots of reassurance and understanding of how the scenario would work. They were there when they said they would be (unfortunately, a rarity these days), and responded whenever I had questions or concerns. I would recommend this company highly.

Working with Zach and Impact Electric was by far the best experience I have ever had with a contractor in my life! I called Zach to get a quote to replace my electrical panel and he responded immediately and explained the whole process in depth. I also needed the work done quickly due to the fact that my insurance was going to drop me if I didn't replace the panel. He coordinated and set up everything from getting in touch with Duke energy and submitting the permits within one business day. 08/25/2023Very good experience. Kyle and his crew installed light in kitchen and put in two new alarms as I was getting 4-point inspection for homeowners' insurance. Very professional crew. Would do business again.Service: Light fixture installation
