My a/c broke and I made a call and they came the very next day (even showed up early). David was professional, efficient, and most importantly HONEST. He showed me what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. It’s such a relief to find a company who cares about their customers so much. I will refer who ever I can to Fire and Ice!!! Great customer service, quick response and thorough service. Our AC went out and they came the next day and diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. Very happy with this company and are planning to use them for all our future preventative maintenance services.
