The quality of the roof is great - and I give kudos to the team who installed it since it only took them a couple days. We had it installed over a year ago and have had no issues also. Despite that, the entire process was an absolute headache. We went with this company because they had knocked on our door, and the salesman was very attentive, with promises that he'd make the process stress free and he'd update with us every step. After we decided to do this and signed the documents, communication pretty much went silent. Trinity did my roof and gutters, and the sales person did a good job explaining everything and working with the insurance company. It took a long time to get going on actually doing the roof but they did a good job. My complaint comes with the gutters and the way they do business. I had a first estimate and the salesman said they would pay a large chunk of it. Then that company canceled. They came back saying they had "their own company" that would do the gutters, but I couldn't get an estimate and they would not give me the name of the person in charge of the gutter company. Eventually they came, after another long period, and did a good job. I asked for an invoice from him and he said they'd send it later. FIVE MONTHS later, I got a bill. When I questioned the cost and explained the previous emails saying they had said they'd pay for part of it, I got a cold email back saying they'd put a lien on my house if I didn't pay. If you work with this company be careful and get everything in writing up front.
