I had used this service a several years ago and I was very satisfied with their service. Due to financial issues we had to cancel the service. I reached out a couple of weeks ago to start the service again. I setup an estimate for a recurring service and no one showed up at the selected date and time. I figured it was a glitch between the main service and the local franchise. I setup a second service for today. I called this morning to verify my estimate was scheduled and it was for 10am - great! 10am - no one. I called at 10:15am and I was told they left a message for the local service because they weren't answering. It's now 10:45 and no one has arrived, no... read full review

The worst. Do not hire this overpriced company unless you want to have to clean your house after the "cleaners" leave. Especially in this economy. Michelle B's review is accurate for what I experienced and it's the same location. For what it's worth the cleaners were nice people.
