My wife and I were looking to buy a home from across the country. Very difficult. We found about 10 homes online that we wanted to see in person when we flew in. We spoke to a ton of realtors big and small, but Susan Smith from Rutenberg was perfect. She understood the difficulty over the phone and wasn't pushy. She worked at our pace. When we were in a holding period, she backed off. When it was time to go to work, she was full speed ahead. When we finally met Susan, she was overly prepared. She didn't overwhelm us with a ton of info, but whenever we had a question, she already knew the answer. She had set up times for all 10 homes in one day and when we were quick to see one home, she adjusted our day so there was no added down time. We made our decision on a home by the end of the day and by 11:00 that night, our offer was accepted. Within the next few weeks, whenever someone fell through on our end, she had the perfect person to help with the solution. From a lender to an insurance agent. Unbelievable on all levels.
