Shellita and Coach D have been training me and my wife since the beginning of 2023. They are super accommodating and even for someone with very little workout experience they’ve had the patience to go over things as much as needed and making sure that I push myself in the right areas. It’s been a fantastic experience and something I wish I had done sooner. If you can find a spot, I highly recommend you give SMB Fitness a try!
My workout with Shellita was amazing! I signed up for this class but ended having my own personal session. She was super personable and encouraging — I got a total body workout and felt so good afterwards!
Today I had another good workout lifting heavy things with the best trainer in Orlando, Shellita Boxie at her private studio in Winter Park. Over the last 8 months I've been able to strengthen my body in ways I didn't imagine. I was planning for a second ankle surgery, but through hard work and faith I have strengthened the muscles that support the joint. Instead of surgery, last month I ran/walked a 5k. So if you're looking for a firm, yet compassionate trainer who helps you achieve your goals, safely, check her out.
