Matthew fixed this problem: I had a horrible situation with Florida Energy and Air. They replaced my water heater the wrong way. With a shower putting out cold water while another put hot burning hot water. The hot water would not last be 5 minutes and turn luke warm. For 8 months I dealt with multiple trips from Florida Energy and Air to my home. They always claimed that nothing was wrong with my install and tried to sell me new circulating pumps, new piping circulating systems, etc for thousands of dollars. I refused them. “I called my boss and he says there is nothing for us to do for you.” I called many times to speak to a manager and none would take my call.

We had Xavier come out and help at our orgnization. The water heater had stopped working properly and Xavier went above and beyond to make sure our problem was resolved. He called the manufacturer, he thoroughly examined the situation and stay even a bit longer to understand what our organization did. Definitly give the organization a 5 star for having workers like Xavier.

Our kitchen is finally done! All of the plumbing - major rough in, new lines, and finish work (including a pot filler drilled through a tile backsplash) - was done by James. A top notch plumber and such a nice guy to work with and to talk with. Everything looks perfect and works beautifully. Even my calls to the office were handled very nicely. ServiceMaster and James get top marks.
