I am happy to be able to recommend Dr. Racine, as I am nothing short of AMAZED with the improvement in my lower back after only a few months of his expert care! I have been distressed with this back pain, due to a physical job, for more than 30 years. I am now almost completely pain free--and he is now addressing the peripheral neuropathy in my feet--which I have also endured for a number of years. I was under the care of a general chiropractor for a year and a half (at great expense) with no discernible results. Dr. Racine's Upper Cervical approach has made all the difference! I thank God for being guided to Dr. Racine!
