ROYALTY!!! I finally came in for my hair extension application, and I am feeling ABSOLUTELY fabulous!!!!! As always, I received a phenomenal EXPERIENCE!!!! Upon arriving, I was received by staff with a warm welcoming and was offered the choice of wine, coffee or water. As usual, the place was very clean and organized. The staff were very friendly, well groomed, very well appeared and professional. Again, I decided I would like to have some services done for my daughter on such a short notice and again, they were able to accommodate me that same day with no issues. First time visiting the Winter Park location, and it was amazing. Nicole was so knowledgeable, and very friendly, I’ll definitely be booking with her again! She made me feel beautiful and knew exactly what I wanted.
Had an amazing experience once again at Prive. This time my usual hairstylist was not available and I booked my haircut appointment with Jay. His customer service was outstanding. He made me feel comfortable and asked me exactly what type of haircut I wanted. He was so encouraging and very positive. I have very long hair so I’m always fearful a new hairstylist may cut too much, but he delivered! I’m very happy with my haircut and the way he layered my hair. 10/10.
