Alteration was finished same day instead of 1 week. After dropping off in the morning, got a text alert in the afternoon to pick up. There's a new 24 hour system to drop off & pick up, all automated (limited store locations for now). Check them out.

Easy and efficient to use, clothes come out great! They send you a text when it’s ready for pickup. It just seems as though the prices are exorbitant. But what are you gonna do? Just wash more and dry clean less I guess.
