Loved it! Friendly staff, clean rooms and the sweet lady that helped me was very informed and show me every step needed to get me going. I'm not usually one to sweat much, nor do I typically like the heat, but this was phenomenal. You have full control of the temperature and the color lighting that you like and also of the television which had many options. (Helps making the time fly by) I did 40 mins @ 140 and never had any issues. Excited to get started with my package.
From the moment I entered the location it was a first class experience. Alex answered all my questions and was extremely helpful. The sauna suite was clean and perfect for what I needed. Whenever I'm in town I'm going to try and swing by.
I enjoyed the entire experience at Perspire. It is clean and bright and the staff is friendly and helpful.I have never been to a sauna studio before and I was excited to see that you get your own private room. The room has space for you to undress and put your things and is well equipped with towels, a tv with multiple streaming apps, and of course your very own sauna.Within the sauna you can control the temperature, whether you want red light therapy, and can choose an additional color for color light therapy. I loved every minute! I left my session feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
