This month I bought my first home. (!!) It was a super exciting time, but with all of the excitement came heaps of stress. There was so much to do and so much paperwork to get together, and while I consider myself an organized, smart person, I found myself scrambling at every turn. I am so, so grateful that I used Bill and Orlando Mortgage Masters to help my through this crazy process. Bill is everything that you could want in a mortgage broker--he's smart, he responds quickly to all questions, and he has experience in the area, which gave me peace of mind that he was finding the best deals. He also has so many more great qualities that made me feel like I was in good hands--he kept in touch to let me know where he was in the process, he was thorough in letting me know exactly what he needed from me, and he is great at explaining my options in non-technical terms. He's kind, patient, and has a good sense of humor, and I always got off the phone with Bill feeling assured that he was handling his (very important) side of things. With all the stressors that go into buying a house, it was such a comfort to know that my mortgage needs were being taken care of! Next time I'm looking to buy a home, I know that my first call will be to Bill and Orlando Mortgage Masters.
