I have been coming here for mammograms for about two years. I never have to wait long and the technicians are very nice. However, on this last visit, I was told I needed a biopsy and that I would be contacted by a coordinator to set up an appointment. It would have been nice if the radiologist had come in to explain to me what they saw and why they think I needed a biopsy. I wonder if they know how scary this actually is? There was no comfort, no reassurance, nothing. Just oh, you need a biopsy, have a nice day. Now it is the second day as I sit around anxiously waiting for someone to call to set up an appointment. Excellent service by all the staff, very kind and willing to serve and help the patient. Especially Dr. Meredith Watson very attentive and connects very well with the patient. Comfortable facilities very good parking.

Dr. Wastson-Locklear is amazing. She was very understanding and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend her. But unfortunately if you need any imaging or labs done, I wouldn’t recommend the imaging or lab department in this building. I have a history of fainting during lab work and the technicians didn’t take any steps to try to make me feel more comfortable to avoid fainting, which I almost did. The experience just felt very rushed and uncaring. Then, the receptionist in the imaging department was so unapproachable and cold, I couldn’t even proceed with having the ultrasound done because I felt so uncomfortable.
