WISH I would have read reviews .......... SPECIFICALLY asked if clothing would be ready by particular date and was told yes. SHE CLOSED THE SHOP EARLY and for the next 3 days.......IFFFFFF she only would have called, I could have retrieved my dress. Needless to say, WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN!!!!!!!! She could care less about customer service and doing RIGHT by people. Sad excuse for business.

Brought in my husbands slacks & button downs on July 11th. Finally received all my items July 23rd. When I went to pick up clothes the first time on the promised day I was told only the slacks were ready for pick up and to come back Friday for the shirts. My husband went on Friday and was given someone else’s shirts!! He had to actually go in the back and pick out his shirts. He was told to come back Monday. I went in on Tuesday (gave her an extra day) and the shirts weren’t ready, had to wait 20 minutes longer. Was given a handful of excuses but at the end of the day business is business. Do not come here. I picked up my dry cleaning and was charged an additional 20% from the receipt I was given at time of turn in. Reasoning by the owner was that 2 of the items she marked down as dresses were gowns (they aren’t) and charged me for the extra work even though she received all items. There was no communication this would be additional $. I had tried to pick these items up two times previously, once the store was closed during posted open hours on their door, the other time the owner would not give me the items as her conveyor belt was broken. Take your business elsewhere.
