Very unreliable. I called for urgent frrezer repair need and he said he would be there the next day. He didn't show. He said no later then Monday. He didn't show. Called on Tuesday and he says maybe tomorrow he is busy. Say what you mean and do what you say is not this companies motto. More like say what you want and don't do what you say.
