Doc was out of town, husband needed an appointment. After dealing with a clean place and a friendly, professional staff, a professional, super competent, and very nice nurse practitioner gave him the bronchitis diagnosis and needed meds. Excellent service.
I was welcomed, eased through new patient procedures, taken by nurse to exam room, asked reason for visit/care I needed, took vitals. Doctor came, directed need for CAT scan 2areas. Imaging Tech performed 2 scans, returned me to exam room. In reasonably short time, Doctor reported findings on CAT scans, stated reason and need for further imagery, referred me to primary care doc to req referral for MRI and CT/PT. Care was prompt, respectful; findings and follow up required were explained clearly.I was completely satisfied with care provided for my needs. I will tell others about this Service and return without hesitation in case of future need.Thank you, Guidewell.MHK
Since getting an appointment with my doctor take weeks when I am sick and cannot wait that long I go to the Guide-well emergency clinicWhere I can see quickly a health provider. The care I received is excellent . I highly recommend it.
