It's always a pleasure to see these guys Tuesday and Thursdays. They got me squared away more than a few times. I value how they never make me feel stupid, even if I act like I know what I'm talking about.
I work from home and when I can't connect to the internet it's not just frustrating but it's costing me money. My office is on the opposite side of our house from the modem. My wife, who also works from home, has her office right next to the modem. Since she refused to give up her space to me (I tried eminent domain but that didn't work) I was stuck with an intermittent connection to the internet that was costing me time and money. I tried working with a large "not to be named" internet service provider here in Orlando who sent over numerous technicians with their routers and clipboards, each one, worst than the next. Great Service, Responsive, and always there when you need them! While you want a "Geek Squad" you don't want to be spoken to in "Geek Terms". They make sure you understand what needs to be done in laymen's terms and are never condescending.
