Honestly, they desire 10 stars! I called Encore Plumbing and explained my emergency, Dave came within a few hours to help me in my time of need. He immediately found my issue. I asked him if he could fix it right. He left to get all the parts he needed and came back with extra help. They dug up and replaced all the pipes in my back yard and made sure they were pitched perfectly to ensure the water was flowing correctly. Dave even reached out the next day to make sure everything was working great. I can’t say I have ever had someone check in to make sure everything was good. What amazing service!!

Very professional and was able to quickly fix my issue. The plumbers were personable and kept me informed of the work they were doing so I wasn't in the dark. Their pricing was more than reasonable. Businesses like this give plumbers a good name. Would definitely recommend to others and will be using their services in the future when needed. Keep up the great work.
