“My family and I have been going to Dr Heidrich Sr and then Jr for over 30 years and we have had nothing but great service and very sincere wonderful care. A persons mental outlook on dentists are generally not the best due to it being remembered as an uncomfortable long procedure. NOT TRUE HERE. We have always been made to feel important and relaxed.
Today I dreaded. I had chipped a piece off one of my front teeth and was sure I was going to have extensive repair done seeing as all my teeth both top and bottom are not strong to having a high fever as a child while they were developing. Dr Heidrich arranged to see me in less than 24 hours and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. My broken tooth was looked after as were the others that had become ragged and unsightly. “This Dr truly helped me. From the beginning, she answered all my initial questions on the phone. She was fully transparent about the total cost of treatment and even broke it down for me before scheduling a consultation. Something that every other office with a “tmj specialist” I called could not give me a total cost. With other offices I spoke to receptionist who gave me a vague explanation about treatment, while the Dr here walked me through the different options & entire timeline of treatment. I was very skeptical at first, as it is expensive & no insurance does not cover TMJ. However, I was so desperate for help I decided to fully complete her treatment plan. When I first saw her, i could not open my jaw open fully. I could not eat a sub. I would have so much pain and popping eating/sleeping. Every visit I had, she answered all questions and was never in a rush. I now have had zero pain that is interfering with my life. I can eat and sleep without pain. Occasionally, I feel tightness but nothing unbearable. With the orthodic she gave me, any tightness/popping that flare up immediately goes away. It is an investment but I would definitely recommend.“
