Ishmael was very knowledgeable and helpful in repairing my washer and giving me strategies to reduce wear and tear on the machine. I called on Thursday afternoon and the machine was fixed on Friday. As soon as he found the problem, Ishmael located the part, drove to orlando to get it and returned to make the repair. My washer is now as good as new!

My less than 2 yr old Whirlpool dryer stopped drying, and I called the manufacturer re: warranty. They told me that the parts that I thought were the problem weren't covered, and then set up an appointment with a local company. Once I read the 1* reviews for that company and knowing nothing was covered under warranty, I went online and found Appliance Experts Florida with a 5* rating. Within 45 minutes Ismael was at my door and he had it fixed less than 30 minutes later. To say I'm delighted is an understatement.
