ACE Hardware is the best. They always seem to have the product I am searching for without wandering aimlessly through the aisles of the “big box” hardware stores. It is easy to find someone to speak with and the employees go out of their way to help.
I always receive exceptional assistance when trying to locate merchandise. Many times just walking through Ace's entrance, an employee asks if I need assistance.
Also, like the cashier today (Kathryn), was so friendly and happy when I was paying for my merchandise.
