The weight loss program worked great. I lost 35 pounds over 5 months including the holidays. The peptide for building muscle was a life saver and it helped me sleep at night.I benefited from documenting my food intake to learn balance and healthy eating habits. That said, the parking at the Winter Park location was difficult and it was not open on Saturdays.
Age rejuvenation has been amazing. I really needed help with weight and nutrition. Jacklyn is a great nutritionist and has helped me with my progress!! I highly recommend the Winter Park office!
Everyone has been so kind and encouraging! Its only been a couple of weeks, but I already have more energy. I appreciate that they look more closely at your unique body chemistry rather than a "one size fits all" approach
