Honesty & Integrity
I have to say that David from Winter Haven Air Conditioning went above and beyond to not only fix my a/c but to be honest and save me money. David came out, took one look at my a/c unit, made a simple suggestion for us to try to help fix the problem. He ended up not charging me for the service call and in my humble opinion he really showed a lot of integrity. When my husband came home he followed the advice, which ended up being very helpful and necessary. I called Winter Haven Air Conditioning at 6:39am this morning. They called me back at 8:00am, and were at the house before 8:30am. They diagnosed and fixed the problem within a half hour. Our repair expert, David, was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained what the problem was, and provided tips on how to maintain a healthy air conditioning unit. We are passing their name onto all of our friends and family! We appreciate you, David at Winter Haven Air-Conditioning !
Winter Haven Air Conditioning as a whole is Extraordinary! David was very thorough from beginning to end allowing the process to be as understandable, pleasing and rewarding as possible!
