Great experience with John and Traddox. John was professional from the time I contacted him through the end of the service appointment. He communicated, was on time, and efficient. He provided a quote for an upcoming needed service but was not at all pushy about it needing to be done earlier than recommended. Prices are very reasonable with no surprises or hidden fees. I will be contacting him for future services and highly recommend him to others.
