Craig was a great technician. He diagnosed the problem, advised me of my options, and did not pressure me into getting something I did not need. Incredible response time when I had no air conditioning! They were unable to do warranty work on my unit. I bought a new one so that they would be the ones servicing it. It was worth it just for the peace of mind.
Top Notch was able to come out quickly to assess my AC issues. When it was determined I needed to replace my system they provided me with a quote, and got everything ordered and installed within a couple of days. The technicians did a great job on the install and were conscientious about cleaning up after themselves. I'm very happy with my new AC. It's working great, keeping my house nice and cool and it's actually quieter and more energy efficient than my old unit. Overall I'm very happy with the service I received from Top Notch Air
