Top Notch installed my system years ago. When I've needed any type of service they have been thorough and polite. I never feel like they have taken advantage when charging for their services. Today I called and they were here in a matter of hours. I never recomment anyone for anything, but I feel safe in saying they are a trusted business. I thank Top Notch for being a business I feel does their job without price gouging.
Craig was a great technician. He diagnosed the problem, advised me of my options, and did not pressure me into getting something I did not need. He was honest and hardworking while completing the job. I appreciated Wendy in the office for getting me scheduled and following through on my appointments. Thanks for the excellent service!
Incredible response time when I had no air conditioning! They were unable to do warranty work on my unit. I bought a new one so that they would be the ones servicing it. It was worth it just for the peace of mind.
